Can I choose which shipping service I would like my order shipped with?
Yes, you can but, depending on which carrier you choose shipping times and shipping cost may vary, Carriers available UPS, FedEx, and USPS
How long will my package take to arrive after shipping?
After the package is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s) and it will take 1 to 3 days for your
package to arrive.
Can I microwave the pouches to thaw them out faster?
No! Do not microwave the package our it’s contents. This can lead to
contaminating your microwave, and risk the packaging to explode. To
thaw out the food for your pup please take out the number of packages
you would like to feed and place them in lukewarm water till soft. Any
leftover unused packages can be placed in the refrigerator; how long the
product will stay fresh completely depends on the temperature of your
refrigerator, the weather, humidity, etc.
